Final Mile Delivery Coordinator
Rona Inc.
Coordinate final-mile deliveries for RONA while managing transportation systems, carrier communication, and delivery exceptions Tuesday through Saturday, 12PM to 8:30PM.
As Final Mile Coordinator, you will support planners with daily outbound delivery execution and operational updates. You will work with carriers, stores, and internal teams on delivery status, order details, timelines, and customer requirements. The role also supports Dispatch Track, transportation management system updates, testing, and basic troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily outbound delivery planning and execution activities
Maintain delivery details in transportation and dispatch systems
Process reschedules, exceptions, and delivery status updates
Coordinate carrier communications and execution documentation
Perform planner duties when required for business continuity
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Comfort with systems, data entry, and operational reporting
Tuesday to Saturday availability from 12PM to 8:30PM
One to two years’ logistics or transportation experience preferred
Bring delivery coordination, system accuracy, and carrier communication skills to RONA’s final-mile operations team.
