This cold storage warehouse team lead assigns work and manages associate responsibilities within a designated area. You will oversee loading, unloading, forklift operation, product relocation, and inspections. The role also documents trailer conditions and reports defective products or shipment discrepancies promptly.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage loading, unloading, and product relocation duties
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
Complete equipment and trailer inspections
Report damaged products and corrective actions
Perform assigned warehouse projects as instructed
Requirements:

Three years in warehouse or logistics environments
Ability to work at minus 20 Fahrenheit
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Ability to wear required freezer gear and protective equipment
Willingness to work flexible shifts and weekends
Use warehouse leadership, material handling, and inspection experience to support safe, compliant Lineage cold storage operations.
