Personal Support Worker Burlington

Provide personal care and community support as an on-site Personal Support Worker with Acclaim Health in Burlington, Ontario. Morning and evening shifts are available.
Acclaim Health is hiring casual, part-time Personal Support Workers for community and retirement home settings. The role includes homemaking, activities of daily living, bedside care, and collaboration with health care teams and families. Consistent availability is required for at least two weekdays and every other weekend.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal support services to clients and families
Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mouth care
Provide bedside care as directed by nursing staff
Maintain catheter and colostomy bags when required
Complete light housekeeping, laundry, and bedding care
Requirements:
Personal Support Worker Certificate or Diploma
Valid Ontario driver’s license and insurance
Current CPR certificate and TB test
Ability to use mechanical equipment, including hoyer lifts
Strong communication, observation, and listening skills
Bring personal care, homemaking, and collaborative support skills to clients served by Acclaim Health throughout Burlington.
