Lead cashier staff through CORE Values and Store Standards
Schedule hours, days off, and vacations within guidelines
Train employees and provide ongoing coaching and instructions
Maintain cash office, safe, coin orders, and banking duties
Ensure customer service, promotions, lottery, and parcel procedures
Requirements:

Supervisory and labour management experience
Retail, grocery, and cash-handling experience
Strong communication, organization, and planning skills
Financial analysis and efficient time management ability
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
