Restaurant Assistant Department Manager

Lead restaurant operations at Save-On-Foods Brighton in Saskatoon with coaching, customer service, and team development responsibilities. Open availability and 40 hours weekly are required.
As Assistant Department Manager, Restaurant, you will help lead team members as a coach, mentor, and resource. You will foster Always Customer First service, communicate important messages, and support training, development, performance management, and recognition. You will also help grow the business through community, competitive, and industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with leading and supporting the restaurant team
Foster Always Customer First service standards
Engage team members through training and development
Communicate important messages clearly to team members
Count stock accurately and support business growth strategies
Requirements:

Open availability for 40 hours per week
Food Safe Certification
Previous retail or customer service experience considered an asset
Passion for great food and outstanding customer service
Strong work ethic, integrity, and enthusiasm
