Apartment Maintenance Technician

Apartment maintenance expertise supports Greystar’s stabilized 611-unit community through repairs, inspections, and property upkeep. This schedule runs Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm.
As a Maintenance Technician, you perform technical and mechanical work across buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas. You diagnose resident service requests, complete preventive maintenance, prepare vacant apartments, and document completed work. The position also supports cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality throughout the property.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete resident work orders and preventive maintenance repairs
Prepare vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins
Track maintenance supplies, tools, equipment, and inventory
Document service requests and completed maintenance work
Maintain grounds, amenities, common areas, and property appearance
Requirements:
One to two years of maintenance experience
Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, and crawl
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather
Ability to lift twenty-five pounds independently
Valid certifications and driver's license as required
