Green Acres Foundation seeks a Health Care Aide for its seniors' living facility. This permanent full-time position involves daily living assistance, personal care, medications, and emergency calls. The work requires confidentiality, initiative, tact, independent judgment, and clear communication. Availability includes weekdays, weekends, holidays, and shifts from 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm, or 10pm to 6am.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living
Provide personal care and medication assistance
Respond to emergency calls as required
Support housekeeping, meals, and recreational activities
Complete charting, paperwork, and reporting accurately
Requirements:
Health Care Aide Certificate
Current satisfactory Criminal Record Check within six months
Active CLHA registration
Clear written and spoken English communication
Weekday, weekend, holiday, and shift availability
Bring resident-care, documentation, and communication skills to Green Acres Foundation's seniors' living facility in Coaldale, Alberta.
