Aircraft Serviceman Facility Maintenance

Operate aircraft servicing equipment and maintain facilities with Cargojet at YHM. Apply hands-on skills across aircraft cleaning, repairs, and safety systems.
The Aircraft Serviceman assists Facility Maintenance and Aircraft Servicing managers with Cargojet aircraft and hangar facilities. Duties include ground equipment operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and aircraft lavatory and cabin servicing. The work also covers basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and groundskeeping tasks. You will support contractors, communicate operational issues, and provide service to pilots, mechanics, coworkers, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate lavatory trucks, forklifts, loaders, tugs, and lifts
Perform aircraft lavatory servicing, cleaning, and appearance duties
Complete preventive and corrective facility maintenance
Troubleshoot systems and report problems to shift management
Support safety drills, emergencies, and facility projects
Requirements:
High school graduation or equivalent experience
Ability to obtain a RAIC pass
Valid AVOP and Ontario Class G driver’s licence
Basic computer, reporting, planning, and organizational skills
Flexibility for shifts, weekends, holidays, and nights
Bring aircraft servicing, facility maintenance, equipment operation, and safety skills to Cargojet’s YHM operations.
