Support a Hope’s Home child one-on-one while applying responsive care and individualized program support. Help address complex medical and behavioral needs through daily interaction.
The One-on-One Support Worker works directly with a Hope’s Home child requiring complex medical and behavioral support. This position builds a warm, caring, trusting, and responsive relationship through daily interaction. The worker collaborates with the Hope’s Home team and outside professionals to support the child’s learning, growth, and full potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Work one-on-one with a Hope’s Home child
Build a warm, caring, trusting relationship
Maintain responsive daily interaction with the child
Help create the child’s individualized program
Help implement the individualized program with others
Requirements:

Ability to support complex medical needs
Ability to support complex behavioral needs
Ability to build trusting relationships with children
Ability to work closely with the Hope’s Home team
Ability to collaborate with outside professionals
Bring one-on-one support, responsive relationship-building, and individualized program collaboration to a child at Hope’s Home.
