Licensed Practical Nurse Night Shift

Provide person-centered nursing care as an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse at AgeCare Brandt's Creek Mews in Kelowna, working rotating nights.
Reporting to the Director of Care, you will provide planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed care for residents and their families. The role includes clinical assessments, care plans, documentation, medication administration, and treatments. You will collaborate with the inter-professional team while following provincial standards, regulatory requirements, and AgeCare policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct resident care using a person-centered approach
Complete accurate clinical assessments and care documentation
Implement and evaluate care and service plans
Administer medications and treatments according to standards
Facilitate resident moves, transfers, and care conferences
Requirements:
Practical Nurse Diploma
Current provincial registration and membership in good standing
Three or more years of seniors' health experience
Current CPR training
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Bring nursing leadership, clinical documentation, and resident care expertise to AgeCare's rotating night shifts in Kelowna.
