Housekeeping Supervisor North Vancouver

Lead housekeeping operations in North Vancouver with responsibility for inspections, maintenance, cleaning standards, and guest safety procedures. This is a permanent full-time position.
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will supervise and coordinate the Housekeeping Department for Vancouver’s premier attraction. You will identify problem areas, formulate solutions, communicate clearly, and support staff while maintaining Chalet standards. The position reports to the Manager, Housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise housekeeping operations and maintain a clean Chalet
Inspect the Chalet and guest cabins continually
Perform washroom cleaning and remove waste materials
Replace light bulbs and monitor working Chalet components
Schedule staff according to traffic or weather forecasts
Requirements:
WHMIS Certification
At least two years of janitor experience
Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft
Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds
Ability to work on your feet most of the time
