Field Equipment Maintenance Shop Hand

Support field equipment maintenance with FilterBoxx in Grande Prairie, Alberta, using mechanical skills and a valid Class 5 driver’s license. Travel to customer worksites is required.
As a Shop Hand, you will maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles while preparing support equipment for upcoming projects. FilterBoxx installs and services rental equipment for power generation and wastewater treatment systems. Work occurs mainly at customer locations, with yard and shop duties when required. The position includes installation, set-ups, rig ups, and location moves. You will notify supervisors about defects and complete required safety paperwork. A high school diploma and acceptable driver’s abstract are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain shop tools, equipment, and vehicles
Notify supervisors promptly about equipment defects
Prepare support equipment for upcoming projects
Complete installations, set-ups, rig ups, and location moves
Participate in safety programs and complete paperwork
Requirements:
High school diploma
Valid Class 5 driver’s license and acceptable abstract
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Mechanical, plumbing, or skid steer experience considered an asset
Bring ownership, communication, and equipment maintenance skills to FilterBoxx field service work across Grande Prairie and customer sites.
