Senior Bookkeeper Accounting Specialist

Senior Bookkeepers with accounting expertise can work on site in St. John's, managing financial records, payroll cheques, and reconciliations.
This permanent, full-time position requires three to less than five years of experience. The work covers general ledgers, tax returns, financial statements, and computerized bookkeeping systems. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and should be comfortable with accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:

Calculate and prepare payroll cheques
Maintain and balance financial accounts
Prepare general ledgers and financial statements
Post journal entries and reconcile accounts
Prepare tax returns and accounting reports
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Three to less than five years of experience
Knowledge of ACCPAC and accounting software
Experience with Caseware, Excel, and Quick Books
Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
