Support resident-centered care at The Village of Ridgeview Court in Milton as a Part-Time Maintenance Team Member with practical maintenance skills.
Schlegel Villages seeks a permanent part-time team member for its Milton retirement village. The work includes physical maintenance activities, resident support, and collaboration with the Village Team. Training is provided for successful candidates, while maintenance or trades knowledge remains an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle residents’ personal items with care and respect
Work safely at heights and outdoors
Lift between 15 and 25 pounds
Support resident-centered social culture
Collaborate with residents, families, and team members
Requirements:
Permanent part-time availability in Milton
Caring and respectful attitude toward residents
Exceptional time management and collaboration abilities
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
Technical or other training preferred
