This Store Supervisor supports store leadership by backing up the Assistant Store Manager and driving results. The position emphasizes merchandising, loss prevention, customer product information, and clear sales and KPI communication. You will also support onboarding and continuous training.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze daily sales trends for real-time business decisions
Review merchandise reports and direct merchandising moves
Monitor loss prevention standards, audits, and results
Coach teammates and communicate sales and KPI priorities
Support onboarding and continuous training with leadership teams
Requirements:

At least 18 years old
High school degree or equivalent
One year of retail environment experience
Local language fluency; basic English is a plus
Advanced selling experience and industry understanding
