Associate Financial Advisor Rouyn-Noranda

Advise personal and small business clients as an Associate Financial Advisor at CIBC in Rouyn-Noranda, working on-site full-time.
As part of Personal and Business Banking, you will understand client priorities and recommend simple, personalized financial solutions. You will manage mortgage client portfolios individually or with a team, while supporting comprehensive retail banking and appropriate colleague introductions.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet clients and develop forward-looking financial plans
Recommend investment, financial, and credit solutions
Deepen mortgage client relationships and portfolios
Conduct outreach, networking, and business development activities
Introduce clients to mobile banking applications
Requirements:
Two to three years providing financial advice
Two to three years achieving sales through advice conversations
Current Mutual Funds License accreditation and good standing
Eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing requirements
Curiosity, critical thinking, and client-first judgment
Bring financial advice, relationship building, and digital banking knowledge to CIBC clients across Rouyn-Noranda banking centres.
