Represent Cintas directly with customers while managing Rental Division accounts through service, selling, and relationship building. Work an established route as the customer-facing expert.
As a Route Service Representative, you will support a customer base through deliveries, pickups, and account development. The physical, fast-paced position includes uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and facility service products. Success requires professional, safe, organized service.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the face of Cintas for customers
Develop rapport with key customer decision makers
Proactively solve concerns and ensure quality standards
Grow accounts through cross-selling and upselling
Control inventory and comply with vehicle regulations
Requirements:
Valid unrestricted driver's license before employment
Compliance with provincial regulated vehicle requirements
High school diploma, GED, or military service
Positive attitude, ambition, and organization
Ability to work toward team goals
Bring customer relationship, account growth, and route service strengths to Cintas Rental customers in this full-time position.
