Lead Athleta store performance through customer-centric sales, merchandising, and team coaching while supporting a high-performing retail environment.
As an Assistant Manager, you help set the store tone and bring Athleta’s brand to life. Support profitable sales growth across customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development. Collaborate with General Manager or Assistant General Manager to execute strategy and coach Leads, Experts, and Brand Associates.
Key Responsibilities:

Support strategies driving store sales and customer-centric results
Recruit, hire, and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams
Implement action plans improving efficiency and productivity
Perform Service Leader duties and ensure operating procedures
Represent Athleta, promote community involvement, and support compliance
Requirements:

One to three years of retail management experience
High school graduation or equivalent qualification
Effective communication with customers and teams
Metric-driven approach with coaching and mentoring ability
Flexible schedule, retail technology, travel, and lifting capabilities
Bring retail leadership, merchandising, customer experience, and team development skills to Athleta’s Assistant Manager position.
