Lease brand-new Verde at 133 Pond Mills with BlueStone Properties in London, Ontario, using property tours and prospect engagement. Work Friday through Tuesday supporting occupancy and resident applications.
This one-year contract Residential Leasing Agent role focuses on the Pond Mills location. You will engage prospects, conduct tours, showcase suites and amenities, and guide applications through lease signing. The position also supports other BlueStone residential properties and collaborates with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote properties through listings, social media, and community outreach
Maintain prospect pipelines and track leasing progress
Engage prospects by phone, email, and in person
Conduct tours and showcase suites and amenities
Guide applications through approvals, leases, and move-in transitions
Requirements:
Two years of residential leasing experience
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Microsoft Office, smartphone, CRM, and social media proficiency
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Valid Ontario G licence, vehicle, and required insurance
