As a Senior Customer Experience Associate, you will represent Scotiabank within its Canadian Banking Branch network. The position centers on exceptional service, meaningful conversations, and customer support. You will identify simple sales opportunities, explain concepts clearly, and introduce digital banking options.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the lobby and appropriately triage or assist customers
Build strong customer relationships throughout each banking journey
Open day-to-day accounts and fulfill pre-approved credit opportunities
Process GICs and identify simple sales opportunities
Demonstrate mobile banking applications and digital services
Requirements:
