Convenience Store Manager

Lead convenience store operations onsite using staff supervision, inventory control, and point of sale systems. This position requires English communication and daily in-person work.
As a Store Manager, you will direct and evaluate operations within a retail service establishment. You will plan daily activities, manage three to four staff, and determine merchandise, services, staffing, and pricing policies. The position includes market research, marketing strategies, budgeting, payroll administration, and performance reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct, control, evaluate, and organize daily store operations
Manage three to four staff and assign duties
Determine merchandise, services, prices, and credit policies
Develop marketing strategies and monitor revenues and expenses
Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
Requirements:
Secondary school graduation certificate
Two years to less than three years of experience
English language ability
Point of sale and inventory control software knowledge
Willingness to work onsite and relocate
Use retail operations, staffing, budgeting, and customer service expertise to manage a convenience store’s daily performance onsite.
