Assisted Living Alberta seeks a regular part time Health Care Aide for Long-Term Care. Working with a multidisciplinary team, you will support patients, residents, and clients according to care plans. You will collaborate with nurses, families, caregivers, and regulated health professionals across facility care.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal assistance with activities of daily living
Assist nurses with routine hygiene and nutrition care
Support patient mobility, recreation, and safety needs
Observe and report patients’ mood, health, and wellbeing
Maintain safe environments for patients, staff, and visitors
Requirements:

Active or eligible Alberta HCA registration or practice permit
Proof of education or Health Care Aide Certificate
Complete certificate requirements within 18 months of hire
Satisfactory criminal record or Vulnerable Sector screening
Availability for regular part time days and evenings
Bring patient support, routine care, and effective communication skills to Health Care Aide work at Taber Health Centre.
