This Building Cleaner position serves residential strata properties across Metro Vancouver. You will sanitize restrooms, disinfect high-traffic areas, empty trash, and keep entrances clear. The work also covers lobbies, stairways, hallways, windows, carpeted areas, gyms, and amenity rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain clean and presentable building interiors
Disinfect high-traffic areas and sanitize restrooms
Empty trash and keep entrances clear
Vacuum carpets and mop tiled floors
Clean gyms and amenity rooms
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to use a smartphone
Ability to lift 20 pounds
Ability to climb a five-foot ladder
Open to cleaning light biohazard waste
