Inside Sales Order Coordinator

Coordinate wire rod orders through credit review, production scheduling, and dispatch follow-up in an inside sales environment.
This Inside Sales Representative manages trade and affiliate sales from receipt through shipment. The work includes reviewing orders, coordinating production, and responding to customer requests. Success requires careful data processing, Microsoft Excel, and communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive, analyze, review, and schedule wire rod orders
Process order modifications and advise personnel accordingly
Follow up on production processing and order dispatch
Answer customer requests for information
Maintain customer business records and required reports
Requirements:

Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency
Intermediate data processing capability
Advanced ability to multitask
Awareness of quality, ISO, and safety requirements
