Bilingual Medical Authorization Centre Analyst

Support Canadian health care professionals from home as a bilingual Medical Authorization Centre Analyst using precise analysis and customer service skills.
Medavie’s Medical Authorization Centre handles authorization and reimbursement requests within Federal Administered Programs. As an Analyst, you will review health-related calls, faxes, mail, and web requests. You will obtain required information, process requests using established criteria, and resolve issues while communicating in English and French.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to health care benefits and eligibility inquiries
Review and process authorization requests accurately
Liaise with medical consultants and health care professionals
Resolve issues and clarify incomplete requests
Correspond through email, phone, and other channels
Requirements:
Fluent written and verbal English and French
Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
Ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously
Customer service or office administration experience preferred
Reliability Status Clearance Enhanced Level B required
