As a Field Operations Associate, you will support KeepStock and branch functions within a particular market. The work emphasizes customer service, sales opportunities, inventory management, communication, and time prioritization. You will help create customer loyalty while supporting vending and Vendor Managed Inventory programs.
Key Responsibilities:

Own customer experiences from product selection through vehicle loading
Process transactions, orders, updates, quotes, and lead times
Replenish vending units and maintain customer inventory levels
Follow customer routes and document site procedures
Resolve problems and identify productivity improvements
Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required
One or more years in retail, selling, or customer service
Valid provincial driver's license required upon hire
Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely
Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
Bring customer service, inventory management, sales focus, and safe field operations to Grainger’s hybrid customer-facing team.
