As a Store Supervisor, you support store leadership, back up the Assistant Store Manager, and drive results. You will communicate priorities, sales and KPI targets while developing experience across Talent, Visuals, and Operations. The position also supports onboarding, training, compliance, and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze daily sales trends and make strategic business decisions
Direct merchandising moves using merchandise reports
Coach teammates and communicate sales and KPI targets
Monitor loss prevention standards and store audit compliance
Provide detailed information about Under Armour products
Requirements:

At least one year of retail environment experience
High school degree or equivalent
Strong communication skills and advanced selling experience
Local language fluency; basic English is a plus
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
