This Sales Coordinator supports Territory Managers, Sales Managers, and customers throughout the sales process. Responsibilities include territory research, tender documentation, product availability, delivery scheduling, and accurate sales data. Experience in heavy equipment, sales, marketing, or customer service is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Territory Managers with quotes and margin approvals
Assist territory mapping, industry research, and lead generation
Coordinate product availability and inventory planning
Manage customer records and maintain accurate sales data
Support events, trade shows, and customer appreciation activities
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Effective time management in administrative sales work
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Professional, courteous communication with customers and colleagues
Mechanical aptitude and knowledge
