John Deere parts coordination defines this full-time daytime role with Groupe JLD-Laguë in Quebec or Ontario. Training is available for qualified candidates.
As a Parts Clerk, you will support customers, workshop technicians, and store operations across Groupe JLD-Laguë’s John Deere dealership network. The work combines parts shipping and receiving, telephone order follow-up, inventory accuracy, showroom displays, and customer service. Some stores require bilingual French and English communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and ship parts orders to clients and stores
Monitor customer orders through telephone calls
Maintain accurate stock movements in the parts system
Arrange showroom displays according to customer needs
Answer technician requests and serve customers enthusiastically
Requirements:
Vocational diploma in parts or as a shopper
Shipping-receiving or retail parts clerk experience
Passion for agriculture, business, or industrial fields
French and English bilingual ability for some stores
Organized, disciplined, quick, and autonomous work style
