Fashion Retail Store Manager Woodstock

Lead fashion retail performance at Reitmans in Woodstock through team coaching, customer experience, and omnichannel sales leadership. This permanent role offers a lasting management opportunity.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Store Manager leads daily execution and team performance. You will recruit, develop, and motivate talent while monitoring metrics, managing operations, and maintaining visual standards. Success includes supporting brand growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspire and develop a high-performing store team
Deliver outstanding customer experiences on the sales floor
Monitor metrics and implement performance action plans
Manage inventory, compliance, procedures, and store operations
Integrate omnichannel solutions to maximize sales and service
Requirements:

Three or more years of team management experience
Fashion retail experience or equivalent preferred
Strong communication, planning, and prioritization skills
Proven problem-solving and decision-making ability
High school diploma and proficient Microsoft Office skills
