Security Operations Centre Team Lead

Lead physical security operations at Canada Life using alarm monitoring, incident management, and access control coordination in a corporate environment.
As Security Operations Centre Operator - Team Lead, you will serve as the central contact for security operations and incidents. You will lead security guards, support operational oversight, and manage communications involving identification and access control requests. The work requires strong technical skills across hardware, software, server settings, OneDrive, and Microsoft Office 365.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the central physical security operations contact
Lead and support security guards during operations
Monitor alarms and coordinate response, escalation, and notification
Complete video review reports for approved investigations
Maintain SOC inventory, access cards, and related materials
Requirements:
Zero to one year of related experience
Post-secondary diploma or certificate, or equivalent experience
Technical skills with hardware, software, and server settings
Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
Leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
