As a Mortgage Specialist Associate, you will cultivate referral networks, identify sales opportunities, and support mortgage originations. Your work includes personal lending, mortgage products, marketing programs, credit applications, and documentation. You will help coordinate fulfillment while addressing customer needs and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage referral relationships to generate mortgage business
Identify sales opportunities and refer customers appropriately
Coordinate home financing documentation and application fulfillment
Maintain referral databases, customers, and marketing calendars
Monitor applications and escalate issues affecting turnaround
Requirements:
One to two years of relevant experience typically preferred
Working knowledge of personal lending and mortgage products
Good relationship management and problem-solving skills
Basic strategic influencing and negotiation knowledge
Good communication, organization, collaboration, and analytical skills
