This Strategic Development Program Trainee position develops broad business knowledge across EMCO Corporation’s national distribution operations. You will progress through four phases covering warehouse and customer service, customer relationships and procurement, account management and proactive sales, plus leadership and operations. The program emphasizes customer problem solving, business development, strong partnerships, and team support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle warehouse procedures and shipping activities
Provide counter support for customer transactions
Solve customer problems and build relationships
Manage accounts and expand the customer base
Coach teammates and support operational strategy
Requirements:
