Support clients at home as a Personal Support Worker with CBI Home Health in Hawkesbury, providing personal care and promoting independence.
This part-time, on-site position serves clients across Hawkesbury, Prescott Russell, Stormont, Dundas, and Glengarry. You will support safety and independence in clients’ homes while observing, documenting, and reporting condition changes. Personal care, mobility assistance, light exercises, and light housekeeping may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care in clients’ homes
Support client safety and independence
Assist clients with mobility and light exercises
Observe and report changes to the Manager or Supervisor
Complete light housekeeping indicated in care plans
Requirements:
Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent qualification
Clear Vulnerable Sector Screening within the last 12 months
Negative TB test and current immunization record
Ability to travel between homes within the community
Availability every other weekend for five hours Saturday and Sunday
Bring personal care, reliable communication, and safe mobility support to CBI Home Health clients throughout the local community.
