Welding Process Engineer Specialist

Welding process development and equipment support shape this full-time specialist position at Arrow Off Road Guelph. Help launch compliant, production-ready weld work.
The Weld Engineering Specialist supports project launches through welding processes, tooling, documentation, and testing. You will develop and revise ITPs, secure approvals, maintain shop documentation, and provide weld-related status updates. The position also supports equipment and facility improvements, tooling design, and welding activities across Arrow Off Road as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and revise ITPs for internal and external approval
Support project launches with welding processes and tooling
Maintain documentation meeting quality system requirements
Provide status updates during production and project meetings
Support welding equipment, facility, and tooling improvements
Requirements:
Welding and fabrication, mechanical, materials, or robotics education
Red Seal Welding Certification
One-plus years as CWB Level 2 inspector or AWS equivalent
Experience with CEI Prowrite or other procedure software
Ability to sit, stand, and maneuver steel parts
