Manage parts inventory and customer requests as a Parts Person at Redhead Equipment’s Estevan branch. Use organization and communication skills daily.
Redhead Equipment is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Parts Person for its Estevan branch. You will manage parts inventory, assist customers, process orders, and maintain accurate records. Experience with agricultural, construction, or heavy-duty parts is preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers identifying and locating required parts
Manage inventory, ordering and restocking parts as needed
Process orders and answer customer inquiries
Maintain accurate transaction and inventory records
Keep the parts department clean and organized
Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and oral communication
Functional computer literacy
Ability to lift and handle parts and equipment
