Personal Banking Lending Associate

Use personal banking and lending expertise to advise BMO customers at 3880 No 3 Road, Unit 100. Deliver responsive sales and service support.
As a Personal Banking Associate, you provide credit and lending advice aligned with customer objectives. You fulfill approved sales and service activities, identify referrals, and manage transactional outcomes from customer calls. The position requires knowledge of personal banking products, contact centre processes, and lending strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Probe customer needs and recommend personal banking lending strategies
Handle incoming calls professionally, efficiently, and with informed support
Process customer requests accurately under approved procedures
Refer needs to appropriate internal business groups
Escalate complex or unresolved customer situations as required
Requirements:
Typically one to two years of relevant experience
Post-secondary degree in a related field desirable
Knowledge of personal banking products and marketplace trends
Good verbal, written, organization, and collaboration skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
