Retail Supervisor Vessi Footwear

Drive Vessi footwear retail performance through floor leadership, visual merchandising, and customer-focused coaching during full-time store shifts.
This Retail Supervisor role supports daily store operations while representing Vessi as a brand ambassador. You will reinforce selling behaviours, promotions, and store standards while monitoring conversion, average order value, sales per hour, and inventory metrics. You will also support onboarding, train Sales Associates, and share performance insights with leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead shifts and keep teams focused on priorities
Roll out visual merchandising updates and maintain displays
Reinforce promotions and selling behaviours during shifts
Analyze performance reports and identify team actions
Share shift updates, wins, and challenges with leadership
Requirements:

At least one year of leadership experience
Confidence coaching and giving regular feedback
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and decision-making
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
