FWS Group of Companies is recruiting Millwrights to support the department and Superintendent. The work includes welding, ironwork, mechanical tasks, equipment operation, and construction drawing interpretation. Candidates may bring industrial mechanics experience or enrollment in an Apprenticeship Program while working within a collaborative organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Complete welding, ironwork, and mechanical related tasks
Use millwright precision tools accurately and effectively
Operate forklifts, skid steer loaders, and scissor lifts safely
Use power tools safely during assigned work
Read drawings and complete accurate work layouts
Requirements:

Experience in industrial mechanics or apprenticeship enrollment
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Availability for a 14/7 work rotation
Ability to spend extended time away from home
Own and maintain basic trade tools
Apply millwright, welding, equipment operation, and drawing interpretation skills while supporting FWS construction and maintenance work.
