Sherwood Park-Strathcona County Primary Care Network seeks an LPN for a temporary, part-time family medicine clinic position. Work alongside family physicians and an interdisciplinary team to develop care plans, provide follow-up, and support patient health goals. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:30AM to 4:45PM.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care within LPN scope
Administer immunizations and injections
Perform wound care and dressing changes
Provide diabetes education and prenatal support
Coordinate referrals and healthcare resources
Requirements:

Hold good-standing CLPNA Licensed Practical Nurse registration
Maintain current Basic Life Support certification
Bring at least three years of nursing experience
Understand evidence-based nursing practice
Work effectively in collaborative healthcare environments
Support family practice patients through clinical care, education, coordination, and thoughtful follow-up as an LPN with SPPCN.
