Country Ribbon, Newfoundland and Labrador’s fully integrated chicken producer and processor, is seeking a Production Supervisor for its farm facility. Reporting to the Farm Manager, this experienced supervisor oversees daily activities and operational priorities. The work emphasizes production efficiency, animal care, safety, and disease prevention.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily barn activities and production priorities
Maintain facilities, barns, and equipment through monitoring
Ensure biosecurity and disease prevention measures are followed
Promote respectful, positive, and safety-focused workplace culture
Assist production planning and staffing requirements
Requirements:
Two or more years of previous supervisory experience
Strong leadership and organizational capabilities
Excellent interpersonal skills
Post-secondary education in agriculture or food science
Equivalent education and experience may be considered
Use production supervision, farm coordination, and safety-focused leadership to support Country Ribbon’s Cochrane Pond poultry facility.
