Support non-destructive hydro-excavation with Badger Infrastructure Solutions using safe work practices, equipment operation, and precise utility exposure.
Badger’s Hydrovac Operator role serves customers across construction, energy, industrial, transportation, and other markets. You will operate hydrovac equipment, perform routine inspections, attend safety meetings, and complete required paperwork. Customer interaction, technology aptitude, and collaborative safety focus are important to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate hydrovac equipment and perform hydrovac duties
Uncover utilities using precise excavation methods
Complete routine inspections and minor equipment repairs
Attend safety meetings and support collaborative safety practices
Report required paperwork accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
Customer service focus and comfort with customer interaction
Technology aptitude for field and documentation requirements
Willingness to complete variable shifts and extended hours
Willingness to travel up to 25 percent
Successful physical examination and pre-employment screenings
