As Sales Manager, you will lead the Pre-own Vehicle Sales Department within WEINS Auto Group. The position requires Automotive Dealership Sales Manager experience, exceptional communication, and business skills. You will support customer satisfaction, sales growth, profitability, staffing, advertising, expenses, and inventory planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the pre-owned vehicle sales team
Maximize customer satisfaction through established dealership procedures
Plan sales, growth targets, profit levels, and inventory
Train salespeople and managers on market-based pricing
Prepare management reports and communicate objectives
Requirements:
Automotive Dealership Sales Manager experience required
Valid Ontario G Driver’s license
Valid OMVIC license
Exceptional communication and business skills
Cross-trained candidates are ideal
