Occupational Health Safety Trainer
Battlefield Equipment Rentals
Lead regulation-compliant safety learning with Battlefield Equipment Rentals in Sudbury, Ontario. Build training plans, facilitate sessions, and support safer work across the region.
This full-time, permanent specialist role focuses on engaging occupational health and safety training. You will source programs, coordinate delivery, monitor effectiveness, and provide follow-up. The position also supports supervisors, operational leaders, committees, and employees with clear instruction and practical guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and develop occupational health and safety training programs
Coordinate and deliver training across the organization
Monitor training effectiveness and provide required follow-up
Support leaders and committees with safety responsibilities
Ensure training aligns with laws, regulations, and standards
Requirements:
Two years of experience in a training role
Ability to develop engaging training plans
Confidence speaking to groups of varying sizes
Strong communication, planning, and organizational abilities
Flexibility for occasional after-hours training and provincial travel
Bring safety training, public speaking, and compliance knowledge to Battlefield Equipment Rentals’ Sudbury-based regional support.
