Commercial Insurance Client Manager

Manage Mid-Market Commercial insurance accounts for NFP in Ontario’s hybrid setting, using client service and relationship management expertise daily.
As an Account/Client Manager, you will support new business and renewals while maintaining relationships with clients, carriers, and NFP staff. The position requires commercial property and casualty insurance knowledge, multi-line coverage placement experience, and strong communication. You will collaborate with producers and interact with clients through phone, email, and walk-in inquiries. This full-time, permanent position serves offices in Hamilton, Windsor, London, Oshawa, Markham, Sudbury, and Timmins.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare applications, specifications, and marketing strategies with producers
Support new business and renewals for assigned accounts
Answer client questions about coverage, billing, claims, and audits
Identify additional coverage and cross-selling opportunities
Maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and NFP staff
Requirements:
Required Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario license
Typically more than three years of industry experience
Experience placing multi-line Mid-Market to Complex coverage
Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent computer skills; EPIC fluency is an asset
