The Manitoba government seeks a Trades Helper within Public Service Delivery, Operations, Asset Management. Under general direction, this position supports planned and unplanned maintenance across facility grounds, plumbing components, HVAC equipment, pumps, and architectural components. Work occurs independently and alongside other staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Support planned maintenance programs across designated facilities
Assist with unplanned maintenance on facility grounds
Support plumbing, HVAC, pump, and architectural components
Operate and maintain small motorized equipment
Work independently and assist other staff
Requirements:

Experience with one or more trades
Experience in facility operation and maintenance
Knowledge of manual and electrical tools
Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
Ability to work at heights, depths, and in correctional facilities
Bring trades experience, facility maintenance capability, and equipment skills to Manitoba Government operations in Brandon.
