Wind heavy industrial rubber piping with precision as a Production Worker, working full-time 12-hour shifts on a continental rotation. Measure dimensions continuously while maintaining steady performance during physically demanding days.
This full-time Production Worker position supports manufacturing heavy-duty piping for critical systems. You will operate equipment in an industrial shop while winding rubber piping onto large machine spindles. The work requires heavy lifting, manual labor, measurement, inspection, and attention to safety. Training runs Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
Wind heavy industrial rubber piping onto large machine spindles
Measure and inspect pipe dimensions continuously
Check products against strict durability standards
Maintain steady energy through 12-hour workdays
Support production targets while prioritizing shop-floor safety
Requirements:
Experience with heavy lifting and manual labor
Factory or industrial shop equipment experience
Dependable vehicle required for daily transportation
Willingness to sign an Overtime Averaging Agreement
Forklift experience helpful but not required
