Support children, youth, and young adults in Charlton through social, recreational, and learning-based activities. This is a permanent full-time position.
As a Direct Support Facilitator, you will assist participants attending Community Living Hamilton programs. The work involves community-based support, advocacy, collaboration, and guidance. You will help individuals build on strengths and work toward goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide support and assistance to program participants
Deliver social activities within the community
Deliver recreational activities within the community
Deliver learning-based activities within the community
Help individuals work toward their goals
Requirements:

DSW, SSW, or related Social Sciences degree or diploma
Two years recent developmental disability experience preferred
Valid NCI and First Aid/CPR certifications
Valid Broad Sector Check and G class licence
Commitment to individuals and appreciation for diverse abilities
