Agricultural Parts Advisor Abbotsford

Support agricultural parts customers from Braber Equipment’s Abbotsford headquarters using Syspro, product knowledge, and responsive phone and email service.
This Parts Advisor provides administrative support within the parts team for customer assistance and new orders. The work includes processing incoming orders, maintaining sales information, and supporting web orders as required. Agricultural knowledge is preferred, while automotive mechanical knowledge is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
Process incoming orders using the Syspro ERP system
Assist customers by phone and email with parts support
Provide product knowledge and exceptional customer service
Track sales orders and maintain spreadsheets
Process web orders and complete other required duties
Requirements:
Agricultural or automotive mechanical knowledge
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Exceptional customer support experience and skills
Proficiency with Excel and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
Bring agricultural knowledge, Syspro order processing, and organized customer support to Braber Equipment’s parts team in Abbotsford.
