Remote Total Rewards Compensation Analyst

Remote Total Rewards Analyst roles require advanced Excel and compensation analysis skills to support global and regional reward programs. Minimal to occasional travel may be required.
At Propelis, this analyst provides operational and analytical support across compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and recognition programs. The work translates workforce and market data into practical insights while supporting reward cycles, renewals, governance, and compliance. Collaboration spans HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and local HR teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market pricing, survey matching, benchmarking, and job evaluation
Support merit, salary review, incentive planning, and budgeting processes
Validate reward data and investigate discrepancies across systems
Build recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards
Support benefit analysis, renewals, and implementation activity
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Three-plus years in compensation, benefits, or Total Rewards
Advanced Microsoft Excel data validation and modelling skills
Working knowledge of reward compliance and data privacy
UKG familiarity or relevant certification progress is advantageous
